Dunn AC Limited was appointed by their client as the HVAC contractor to supply and install a new air conditioning system to serve the 8th and 9th floor offices and 7th floor comms area.
Dunn AC successfully supplied and installed 140kW of comfort and 10kW of critical cooling by way of splits and multi split systems.
Our task was to complete the works on a strict deadline with limited out of hours working and restrictions on noise.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
