To design, supply and installation of 8 ducted 20kW internal fan coil units being fed off 8 twin fan 20kW outdoor condensers to the newly refurbished recording and design area.
All fan coil units, supply duct work, cabling and pipework was to be visible at ceiling level so it was critical that all services were uniformed and enclosed within correct trays, fixtures and fittings.
Linear grills, and dampers were suspended from duct work to allow constant and controlled temperature throughout areas of demand.
Full training to operators was provided and full operation and maintenance manuals were supplied following the successful completion.
