Dunn AC were instructed by our client to replace the failed critical cooling air conditioning systems serving the automatic teller machine room.
Decommissioning and removal of the old system was made and provisions of new modern 15kW of new split systems were installed. The condensers were located at the rear of the branch housed withing lockable condenser cages. Careful planning, liaison and cooperation with the client was required to allow non-disruptive access to throughout the branch while they remained operational.
The works were completed successfully with the branch praising the installation operatives for their consideration and diligence to prevent any disruption.
The new installations were completed on time and on budget and full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training following the successful completion.
Full O&M manuals, test and commissioning certificates and warranties were issued upon completion.
