Dunn AC Limited were appointed by their client as the contractor to replace the failed gas fired wet heating system serving the heating and hot water throughout the office space in the distribution building.
Major water and gas pipework, electrical and controls cabling was modified and adapted to accommodate the new appliance. A total of 105kW of heating was installed by way of Valiant Ecofit gas fired wet systems as well as new condensate drains, mountings, fixtures and fittings to ensure that the appliances would operate correctly.
The systems vital statistics were 35kW heating outputs per system, flow rate of up to 14.1 litres per min for fast instant hot water and an ErP A rated for both hot water and heating efficiency.
The new installations were completed on time and on budget and full operation and maintenance manuals, full test and commissioning and gas installation soundness test certification was issued followed the successful completion.
