Dunn AC were appointed by their client to supply heat pump air conditioning to replace their current systems serving the whole building to coincide with a total building refurbishment project.
Dunn AC de-installed the current condensers and internal fan coil units, removed and disposed of. New refrigerant grade insulated copper pipe work was installed on tray throughout roof area, dry risers and throughout building fully supported to each fan coil unit along with communication and electrical cabling.
New Panasonic plot and multi split condensers were positioned onto the flat roof above via a mechanical crane and new fan coil units were mounted and positioned to serve all offices and comms room throughout. A new Local hard wired wall mounted controllers were installed locally to each new fan coil unit to allow optimum control.
Our task was to complete the works on a strict project deadline with restraints in place on crane lifts in public areas by the local council.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
