Dunn AC Limited was appointed by their client as the contractor to complete full periodic quarterly planned maintenance to all air conditioning, combustion and air handling assets across their properties Nationwide.
Our task on the air conditioning and air handling maintenance was to complete quarterly service visits to all ensuring all information required logged as per the F-Gas regulations.
Our task on combustion maintenance was to complete annual service visits to all properties and included an annual full gas installation soundness test for each site.
Additionally to this maintenance contract, Dunn AC are the preferred contractor to deliver reactive maintenance breakdown attendance to all properties nationwide.
Full test and commissioning certification is issued following the successful completion of each service visit.
