Dunn AC was appointed by their client as the contractor to complete repairs to the sites critical cooling air conditioning systems serving a 80% of the building.
The work involved the recovery of the systems refrigerant to allow a full refrigerant leak test to be carried out to identify and repair the system. Replacement of critical components such as compressors and electrical contactors. Once complete, pressure testing was carried out and virgin refrigerant supplied. The systems were fully run and tested to ensure operation.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
