Dunn AC Limited were appointed by their client via a competitive tender process, to supply heat pump critical and comfort air conditioning to replace their end-of-life-cycle systems serving the entire building.
Dunn AC de-installed the current split and multi split condensers and twenty-two internal fan coil units. New refrigerant grade insulated copper pipe work was installed on tray along with communication and electrical cabling.
The new Panasonic condensers were positioned wall mounted at low-level guarded by condenser cages to allow protection and ease of future maintenance.
Our task was to complete the works on a managed program of works inside of normal working hours and with time restraints in place.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
