Dunn AC were appointed the contractor to carry out complete asset management and detailed validation reports across the vast four acres Knole House Buildings Estate incorporating all M&E air conditioning systems, gas, oil & LPG combustion heating systems, comfort & kitchen ventilation systems & electrical services.
Following the identification and validation of all M&E assets, a comprehensive report was issued with detailed photographic evidence and any suggested remedial action to prevent plant failure and, efficiency and energy management to the client.
