Dunn AC Limited was awarded, by way of a competitive tender process as a Crown Commercial Service provider, a three year contract to supply reactive and maintenance services to all air conditioning and air handling assets across all trust properties.
Our task on the air conditioning and air handling maintenance is to complete quarterly service visits to all ensuring all information required logged as per the F-Gas regulations.
Additionally to this maintenance contract, Dunn AC are the preferred contractor to deliver reactive maintenance breakdown attendance, repair and replacement systems to all properties.
Full test and commissioning certification is issued following the successful completion of each service visit.
