Dunn AC Limited was appointed by their client as the contractor to replace the failed DX condensers serving 5th floor air handling unit. Two new Airedale DX condensers were selected, supplied and installed and linked to the site BMS system.
Our task was to complete the works on a strict deadline in side of normal working hours and with time restraints in place on crane lifts in the adjacent highways.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
