Dunn AC Limited were appointed by their client to supply heat pump air conditioning to replace their failed system serving the banking hall, cashiers, personal banking offices and comms room throughout the branch.
Dunn AC de-installed the current twin VRV condensers and internal fan coil units. New refrigerant grade insulated copper pipe work was installed on tray along with communication and electrical cabling.
A new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries linked VRF condenser was positioned onto the flat roof above via a mechanical crane and new ducted fan coil units were mounted and positioned to serve the banking hall, cashiers area, personal banking offices and comms room throughout. Duct work off these fan coil units were installed, on show, to allow suitable air distribution.
Our task was to complete the works on a strict deadline out side of normal working hours. The use of a Böcker crane to assist in the lifting of plant to the roof area was completed and with time restraints in place on crane lifts.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
