Dunn AC Limited were appointed by their client to supply heat pump critical and comfort air conditioning to replace their failed system serving the entire branch.
Dunn AC de-installed the current VRV condenser and 18 internal fan coil units. New refrigerant grade insulated copper pipe work was installed on tray along with communication and electrical cabling.
A new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries VRF condenser was positioned onto a bespoke high-level wall bracket via a mechanical crane and new concealed ducted fan coil units were mounted and positioned to serve the banking hall, cashiers' area, personal banking offices, back of house, ATM and cash room areas. The comms room and ATM rooms had individual split systems installed to provide independent climatic control.
Our task was to complete the works on a strict deadline outside of normal working hours and with time restraints in place on crane lifts in the adjacent Queen Mary University student accommodation blocks.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
