Dunn AC Limited were appointed by their client to supply heat pump critical air conditioning to replace their end-of-life-cycle system serving the cashiers area.
Dunn AC de-installed the current split condensers and two internal compact cassette fan coil units. New refrigerant grade insulated copper pipe work was installed on tray along with communication and electrical cabling.
The new Mitsubishi Electric condensers were positioned wall mounted at the rea of the building on a mezzanine level.
Our task was to complete the works on a managed program of works inside of normal working hours and with time restraints in place and without disruption to the banks daily operations.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
Full AC replacement program to complete site including 2X split system and 2X internal fan coil units, controls, and associated plant.
