Dunn AC were appointed as the contractor to repair the complete building heating system following fault diagnoses.
The work involved the drain down, removal and disposal of 3X pressurisation units & pressure vessels to allow for 3X Armstrong 3750-1SM-S Pulpress Single Pump pressurisation units & 3X 500L pressure vessels to be installed. Once complete, pressure testing was carried out and system was re-filled and bled. The systems was fully run and tested to ensure operation.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
