Dunn AC Limited were appointed by their client as the contractor to complete full periodic quarterly planned maintenance to all air conditioning, air handling, natural gas, oil and LPG combustion assets across their property portfolio in Burton-upn-Trent, Staffordshire.
Our task on combustion maintenance was to complete annual service visits to all properties and included an annual full gas installation soundness test to ensure that all remain compliant across the site.
Our task on the air conditioning and air handling maintenance was to complete quarterly service visits to all assets and include all information required as per the F-Gas regulations to ensure that all remain compliant.
Full test, commissioning and gas installation soundness test certification was issued followed the successful completion.
