To isolate, recover remaining phased out refrigerant 22 (R22) and remove the old Trane chilled water system from site.
Also to de-commission and remove failed natural gas fired boilers from site and replace all with modern heat pump inverter driven split and multi split, Mitsubishi Heavy 4-way ceiling cassette and high wall mounted fan coil air conditioning systems supplying comfort cooling to occupied areas and critical cooling to comms areas.
New toilet and kitchen extraction ventilation was designed, supplied and installed by Dunn AC Limited.
This was successfully completed to the clients specifications and full operation and maintenance manuals were supplied by Dunn AC Limited.
