To attend within a two hour call out SLA to make safe air conditioning, heating and electrical services following a major incident.
Damaged and failed systems, plant and machinery were removed and disposed of and Dunn AC Limited designed, supplied and installed 12 high wall mounted internal fan coil units and 3 twin pipe multi split systems via new branch selector boxes to allow individual zone control through heating and cooling modes.
New over door curtain heaters and wall mounted electric fan convector heaters were supplied and installed to allow the successful reopening of the branch.
All systems were integrated into the smart buildings system to allow local and remote control.
Full operation and maintenance manuals were supplied following successful completion.
