Dunn AC were appointed as the contractor to repair the complete building comfort and critical cooling/heating air conditioning system.
The work involved the recovery, removal and disposal of the systems refrigerant to allow for 2X scroll compressors and 1X inverter compressor to be replaced. Once complete, pressure testing was carried out and virgin refrigerant supplied. The systems was fully run and tested to ensure operation.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
